The cohort includes DataForge, which develops analytics platforms for small manufacturers; GreenGrid, specializing in energy management software for urban buildings; NovaSensors, creating low-cost environmental monitoring devices; PulseAI, offering machine learning tools for healthcare diagnostics; and FlowLogistics, building optimization software for supply chain operations. Each company will receive workspace, access to laboratory equipment, and initial seed funding of 150,000 euros. The selection committee evaluated proposals based on technical feasibility, market potential, and team experience. Program director Lena Hartmann noted that the chosen startups represent a broad range of sectors while sharing a commitment to scalable innovation. Mentorship pairings with local industry executives will begin next month, alongside workshops on regulatory compliance and intellectual property management.

Participants gain twelve months of residency with options for extension based on progress milestones. Additional support includes legal consultations, investor networking events, and collaboration opportunities with Sparkfeld University researchers. City officials project that the incubator will create 200 jobs within three years and attract further technology investment to the area. Monthly progress reviews will track metrics such as product development stages and revenue growth. The facility features dedicated prototyping labs, high-speed networking infrastructure, and shared conference spaces designed to encourage cross-company partnerships.
